All of our classes will encourage you to move freely, intelligently and with curiosity to the level of your capability. Paying attention to your body's needs and knowing when you require grounding, a time to slow down, reflect and collect but also know when your body is calling for energy, when the mind is slow and feeling sluggish a more invigorating practice or challenge might be in order. Remember to be kind to yourself and always treat each practice like a blank slate. Our bodies are different every day. Knowing your strengths and limitations, and what you need each day is all a part of self care.
* Eat light or refrain from eating 1 to hours prior to class. Bring water and a yoga mat. Mats are provided at studio if you don't have one yet!
